Refund policy

Every product sold by Sortedby Folio is an instant digital download. Because the template link is delivered immediately after purchase and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Before you buy

Please check that the template suits you before purchasing. Our templates are built for Google Sheets and work in Google Sheets only — they will not open correctly in Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, or other spreadsheet software. You will need a free Google account to use them. Each product page lists exactly what is included, and where a live demo is available you are welcome to look through it first.

If something goes wrong

If your download link does not arrive, does not work, or the file is damaged, contact us and we will fix it. If a template is not working as described, tell us what is happening and we will either resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion. We would rather sort out a genuine problem than leave you with something you cannot use.
