Shipping policy

Sortedby Folio sells digital products only. Nothing is printed, packed or posted, so there are no shipping charges, no delivery addresses and no waiting.

How delivery works

Your template link is delivered as a PDF immediately after checkout. It arrives two ways: on the order confirmation screen, and by email to the address you used at checkout. Open the PDF, click the link inside, and click "Make a copy" — your own copy lands in your Google Drive and is yours to keep and edit.

If your download does not arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder first, since automated order emails often land there. If it is still missing after a few minutes, Contact us via @sortedbyfolio on instagram. Please include your order number and the email address you used at checkou and we will resend it.
